When we started in 1998, we had just one production assistant, one seamstress and one sewing machine. Since then we’ve grown into an incredible operation that has employed over 75 people and created over 20,000 custom quilts. True to our mission, nearly every one of our employees are deaf and count on our organization to create a work environment where they can succeed. We started as an organization to provide meaningful employment in a community that experiences high rates of unemployment. It is a source of great satisfaction that we are able to serve a dual role of creating opportunities while creating an incredibly high quality product.
